Doumar Venture, LLC, in conjunction with our banking partners is pleased to offer the following programs for providing first mortgages for primary or secondary properties.  We can provide up to 95% financing in a variety of formats.

NON-JUMBO LOAN PROGRAMS are $75,000 to $333,700.15 and 30 year fixed mortgages, plus 3/1, 5/1, and 7/1 ARM products. Caps on 3/1 ARM 2/2/6, on 5/1 and 7/1 ARMs, 5/2/5.

JUMBO LOAN PROGRAMS are $333,701 to $650,000.15 and 30 year fixed mortgages, plus 3/1, 5/1, and 7/1 ARM products. Caps on 3/1 ARM 2/2/6, on 5/1 and 7/1 ARMs, 5/2/5.
